Colorado Anti-Trafficking Bill Signing!

Colorado Anti-trafficking Bill Signing, 5/11/12

I was invited to be at last Friday’s signing into law of Colorado HB 1151, which allows trafficking victims to take civil action against their traffickers, provides minor victims the option to expunge trafficking related charges and requires the posting of a victim services hotline in massage parlors and escort bureaus.

Here is a photo of myself, Governor Hickenlooper, Representative McCann and advocates from CCASA, COVA and LCHT.
